Barking Boy

Brisbane QLD, Australia

Previously dubbed “The Icon of the Brisbane Dance Scene” by Foxtel’s Channel V back in 1999, Barking Boy is broadly regarded as one of Australia’s most respected pioneering harder-edged DJs.
Known for his exceptional ability to work a crowd, he’s been mixing it up with a host of prestigious club residencies and party performances since his career began in 1992.
He spent 2003 abroad spinning his vinyl throughout clubs and festivals in the Northern Hemisphere, before returning to Brisbane to co-ordinate the successful Candee Flip old skool nights with Scott Walker, which are still going strong in 2020.
He can also now be found spinning fresh house and techno under the guise of Troq:V.
