Graham Brand

London, UK

Graham started playing in clubs around 15 years ago, for independent nights as part of a collective of DJs and Producers based in London. When the others left for Bristol, Graham started to invest more time developing his personal style, he particularly delved deeper into the Techno and Acid scenes on both sides of the decks, spending many a weekend at The End, London.
His sound has evolved across many sub-genres, which is reflected in Graham’s individual style and his ability to fill his sets with unexpected magic. Rather than a DJ, Graham can best be described as a musical researcher, digging through back catalogues searching for unique treasures, broadening his knowledge and widening his musical spectrum so he can bring you more twists, turns and surprises in the mix!
His influences range from Amon Tobin through to Jeff Mills, James Ruskin, Ben Sims and Murf. But this list is not exhaustive as he keeps on discovering, that is why he sounds so fresh.
Fast forward to March 2020, the lockdown began. Graham and his partner-in-crime decided that they wanted to create a space to virtually hang out with friends and listen to music. Skype and Zoom did not make the cut, Graham came up with the idea of an online Radio station and thus Lockdown Radio was born! Graham teamed up with his old friend MAN2.0 and the rest is history.
